Please read the following Terms of Service before using our Lola & George site.

By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Terms of Service may be revised and updated from time to time without notice. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to check this Terms of Service page regularly to review any changes since the last update and ensure you are familiar with the current version. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use this site.

All content within the pages of this website, including worded content, product content, product descriptions, product design, layout, look, appearance, graphics & pricing is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Any redistribution or reproduction of any part or all of this material in any form is prohibited.  

Furthermore, all designs sold by Lola & George are created and curated for the Lola & George brand only. Any resemblance to other items, beyond Lola & George, is completely coincidental.

Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed at checkout via PayPal, Credit Card, PartPay, Laybuy or Afterpay services.
All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).


Packing, Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs within New Zealand are charged at a flat rate cost, based on average - this flat rate cost may be revised and updated from time to time without notice.

All New Zealand orders are sent courier tracked with Post Haste Couriers.

Shipping costs for rest of world is charged as per NZ International Courier rates; depending on the size dimensions and weight of the package.

Your tracking number for your parcel(s) will be provided to you upon confirmation of your order being sent. Please note that all parcels are sent at BUYERS RISK. Lola & George is not responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit due to post carrier carelessness or for any other reason beyond our control, your tracking number should keep you informed of where your parcel is at all times until you receive it.

DAMAGED ORDERS
We do our best to ensure all items are securely packaged before sending, and all prints are sent flat packaged in order to minimise any chances of being bent or damaged in transit. However, if you have any genuine issues upon receiving your order please contact us as soon as possible within 3 working days, so that we can do our best to resolve the issue for you.

If your order has arrived damaged then you MUST ensure that you keep ALL original packaging, including the courier bag that it was delivered in - we cannot replace or claim for damaged prints without everything being accounted for - no exceptions; you must notify us within 3 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to replace damaged prints that cannot be reclaimed from the courier carrier through damages. 


Estimated delivery times

Each of our prints are individually made to order at point of sale (unless listed in Sample Sale), to ensure the highest quality possible; due to this please allow 2-3 days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Once packaged and ready to go – orders tend to be overnight / next day delivery, however please allow for atleast 2-3 days if rural address or located in South Island.

*Please note all delivery times are an estimate only and may on the odd occasion take longer to arrive, especially during busy holiday periods, so please allow atleast an additional 2-3 extra working days over known busy holiday periods.


Stock, Returns, Exchanges or Changes to Orders

Lola & George make every effort to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible; and that includes colours & sizing. Please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange product or accept returns for ‘change of mind’ once an order has already been processed and shipped.

Lola & George prides itself on efficiency and high standard of quality, so if you believe there is a genuine issue with your order, then please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to resolve for you.

While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times, there may unfortunately be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order. If this should occur we will contact you to offer either a replacement option to the value of your purchase or in this case only; a full refund if necessary. Please note that we cannot offer back orders or "rain check" facility.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Lola & George. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or a refund you for the product.

Fair Trading Act 1986 

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act.
