SHIPPING POLICY

All prints are printed locally in New Zealand at point of sale to ensure highest quality possible and are unframed (sorry!) - any frames and/or additional items shown in product photos are not included.

All prints are rolled securely within recycled cardboard mail tubes for shipping, to help ensure prints arrive safely. 

Items within New Zealand are shipped using Post Haste couriers at a flat rate of $7.50 per order.
Free shipping within New Zealand is available for orders $80 and over.

Items being shipped to Australia are shipped using NZ Post at a flat rate of $18.00 per order.
Free shipping for Australia is available for orders $80 and over.

Items being shipped to other international destinations are shipped using NZ Post at a flat rate of $24.00 per order.
Free shipping for all other international destinations is available for orders $120 and over.

Please allow 2-5 days for order processing / delivery - unless otherwise stated on product description (A1+ sized prints and personalised prints).

If for any reason your order has unfortunately arrived damaged, it is important that you please keep all items/prints AND packaging together - then contact me at support@lolaandgeorge.co.nz ASAP within 7 days (with photos of the damages where possible) so that I can get in touch with the couriers for them to collect the damaged items and packaging; I will then be able to sort replacements for you.

If you contact me outside of the 7 days period after receiving your order, I unfortunately may not be able to do anything due to courier delivery clause - they require notification of all damaged orders/items within 7 days of delivery.
