RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Do to all items being printed/made to order, we cannot offer refund or exchange for change of mind - so please choose wisely upon confirming order.

To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unopen/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

If for any reason your order has unfortunately arrived damaged, it is important that you please keep all items/prints AND packaging together - then contact me at support@lolaandgeorge.co.nz ASAP within 7 days (with photos of the damages where possible) so that I can get in touch with the couriers for them to collect the damaged items and packaging; I will then be able to sort replacements for you.

If you contact me outside of the 7 days period after receiving your order, I unfortunately may not be able to do anything due to courier delivery clause - they require notification of all damaged orders/items within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If we find the item/s to not be in original condition and/or unable to accept the returned item for refund, then we will advise.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared/showing to you.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, please allow 2-4 working days in some cases - longer if during public holiday period.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at support@lolaandgeorge.co.nz so I can look into it for you incase something has happened my end.

Sale items
All sale/clearance page items are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchanged sorry.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged - this is due to the possible risk of prints being damaged in transit upon return to me and to avoid disappointment if this were to happen. I am unable to approve refunds or exchange prints that are returned damaged to me.

You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item/s back to me, and should it be an agreed exchange for change of mind, then you are also required to pay any additional costs / balance remaining / shipping costs of the new prints to you.

Please contact us at support@lolaandgeorge.co.nz should you still require an exchange, as long as you are aware of the risks stated above in doing so.

Gift Cards
I am unable to offer refunds for gift card purchases sorry - so please choose carefully before confirming/placing your order.

Shipping Returns
To return your product/s please contact us at support@lolaandgeorge.co.nz for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a returned item to us, we advise you to use a tracked shipping service and ensure the prints are securely packaged. We are not responsible or cannot complete refunds for returned items lost or damaged in transit to us.
